1. Christmas in Inglewood
When: Thursday, November 20, 5 pm – Late
Where: Community of Inglewood
Cost: Free!
This annual evening event will see bright holiday lights and Christmas decor lighting up the street, and the unveiling of beautiful Christmas window displays at dozens of shops and restaurants throughout the neighbourhood. Festive carollers will be making the rounds, free gingerbread cookies and warming stations found along 9th Ave, and gift wrap by donation at Silver Threads (1311 9 Ave. SE). Following the November 20 evening event, Christmas in Inglewood will continue through December 24 with special events and free parking taking place on the first three Saturdays in December. 2. Lights on Downtown
When: November 20, 4 pm – 6 pm
Where: Stephen (8th) Ave. & 3 St SW
Cost: Free!
Enjoy a special celebration of the brand new downtown holiday lights along Stephen Avenue with cookies, hot chocolate, and some special gifts. Take a photo with the #IAMDOWNTOWN frame on your smartphone and post it to social media to instantly win a prize! The kickoff activities are on November 20 only, but the light displays and downtown shops and restaurants can be enjoyed throughout the season. Plus, bring your skates and go for a spin on Olympic Plaza’s outdoor rink, just steps away from Stephen Avenue.

3. Spruce Meadows Christmas Market

4. Zoolights

16. Teddy Bear Toss

17. Canadian Pacific Holiday Train
