The power of positive thinking. Sometimes you can't help but get down and feel sorry for yourself. The trick to get out of that slump is to wake up each morning with one or two little goals. Doesn't have to be anything life changing. Then the next day give yourself 2 more goals. After a few days of accomplishing these little goals you will start to feel better and more confident and will start coming out of the "slump" you are in. When I get that way it's normally about business so I make myself a couple small goals a day and suddenly I start seeing my business increase and I get amazing clients.
